Our Services

Project Management

Our Project Management Team works closely with you and within your time frame. We will respond to any request within 24 hours or less. Many times we can complete specifications, proposals and drawings within 2-5 days, depending on the size of the job. Project managers will also go to the site to verify dimensions to provide an accurate design for your orders. We have design expertise in space planning and reconfigurement of existing furniture. Using AutoCAD an. we have the capability to design your unique office space and provide 3D renderings and drawings. Project managers can control and provide accountability of time, budget, and quality aspects of your furniture projects. We also provide budgetary figures for future orders. As the project nears the end, our staff will be on the job site to supervise the installation. We are available at any time to the client and installation company by pager, office or cellular phone. At completion of the project, we will be present to do a complete walk-through of the job site with both the client and lead installer to address any unresolved issues.
 
       

 
Receiving, Delivery and Installation

Indian Country Interior Solutions contracts with installation companies from around the United States to provide professional receipt and handling of furniture. For many installations outside the Oregon area, our project manager will coordinate with the manufacturers for a specific date/time delivery on-site. Your sales person and/or project manager will be present with the installation company at this time to help inspect for damage, product accuracy and shortages. These three critical elements, if detected upon receipt of the furniture, can save the client thousands of dollars. While installations are taking place, the project manager and quality control manager will stop by to check on the progress and assure the client satisfaction. When not on site, the project manager is on call and reachable in the office, by pager or cell phone. *Whether we use a local installation company or our own, we always request employment for the Native American Youth (with a valid work permit) to assist with the installation. Our hope is that these youth will have an understanding of the furniture, and will be able to help service the product if necessary.

Just because the project ends, it does not mean that we will no longer give you the attention you once received and still deserve. Every installation company that Indian Country works with has a warehouse with full storage and inventory capabilities. Many of these installation companies have maintenance programs and offer refurbishment, as well as delivery and installation services, receiving and storage.
